Public art defines our community and enhances its cultural, social, and economic value. Join us for an hour-long guided walking tour of public art installations on Commerce and Jefferson Streets in Downtown Lynchburg. Stops include the 1925 dolphin fountain at the Community Market, "Art Alley," and the Bev Cosby "hands" mural on Ninth Street. Featured artists include Christina Davis, Paul Clements, and Bobby Fuller.
This tour is free, but reservations are required in advance. Registration information can be found here. Each tour is limited to 20 people. Tour includes walking through grass and irregular terrain, so please wear comfortable walking shoes.
