  • Complimentary Service: Our staff and volunteers provide up to one hour of research at no charge.
  • Extended Projects: Requests requiring more than one hour of staff time may incur additional fees. In such cases, we will provide a fee estimate for your approval before proceeding.
  • Queue: Requests are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2–4 weeks for a formal response.
